About us

All inspections are performed by myself to make sure they are done correctly, completely and accurately. Always encourage the home buyer be at the inspection if possible but not required so that they can get all their concerns answered prior to the home purchase. My inspections are always performed to protect the home buyer from making a costly mistake. Payment is either cash or check, no credit cards are accepted. Each inspection is performed after the client signs a standard contract for doing the work. I have been licensed since 2007, license number is 103444. My customer was not able to be at the inspection but did come by when I had the home inspection completed so that we could go over the details of my report. I know that not all customers can be at the inspection because of work or other matters that have to be taken care of during each day. Being able to talk to the customer along with showing them what needs to be done should help the anxiety that many customers have with purchasing a new home.

This home buyer stayed with me during the entire inspection and was very interested in finding out things about the home, how everything worked and how to make the minor repairs that were found. It is always good to have the home buyer attend the home inspection to make sure they receive all the information they expect concerning their new purchase.

Description of Work: Charles completed a very detailed and thorough review of the home we were buying. He checked items and details I would not have thought of or expected. He spent over 4 hours checking every inch of each room not leaving out any detail. His report was 56 pages and provided complete analysis of everything he found. The buyer and his wife were at the inspection which gave me an opportunity to answer all their questions or concerns. Both were very interested in the inspection, things that were found and even recommendations for repairs that needed to be made. It gave me an opportunity to get to know my customer much better which is a positive outcome for me besides the pay that I receive. They both were truly nice people, I enjoyed working with them both; hopefully they will be able to enjoy thier home for many years.

Description of Work: Very thorough home inspection. Found many problems with the home that were not visible to the average person. Due to the thoroughness of the inspection, we will know what to look for in the next home we plan to purchase. Would definitely recommend and use again. It is my responsibility to give my customers the information they need to make an informed decision. I would love to see every home I inspect sold but that is not likely to happen as long as homes are not properly built or not properly maintained during their existence. I enjoyed working with all customers but especially customers that want to know about the property they are about to purchase. It would be nice if every home buyer could attend the home inspection and work with the home inspector to find out what items need attention in their new home or why they should or should not purchase the property. If the customer can see what the home inspector is putting in the report they will be more likely to understand what the problem is and what it will take to make repairs. This customer wanted to know everyting and I was very happy to help him out.
