 + -1 moreWe must have a afternoon appointment due to our work schedule. Called Plumber Joe to set up an appointment in the afternoon on any day of the week. He stated it would be no problem just to call him back in the evening. Called Joe back and he stated he started at 8:00 Am and he would get to us when he could but he can' t guarantee it will be in the afternoon. It was a waste of my time and his. I told him in the beginning that afternoons on any day would be the only time that would work for us.
Description of Work: No flexibility. Will not commit to a reasonable appointment window.

 + -1 moreRick was able to quickly repair a leaking water valve and did it so well we had him tackle a shower valve that didn't have hot water. Currently we are waiting on parts but both Rick and Joe were extremely nice and seemed completely trustworthy. I will use them again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
Description of Work: Commode floor water shutoff was leaking and shower didn't have hot water.

Description of Work: He snaked several drains in sinks, bathtubs and commodes at my joy. Also repaired a hot water heater. Very professional, reasonable price and cleans up after himself. Enjoyed having him do the work.

 + -1 moreHe cleaned up all his mess afterwards, too. Very nice and caring man. He was able to clear the clog.
Description of Work: This fella's name is Joe Roberts and he snaked the tub that had been clogged for days. He worked almost two (2) hours to get the clog cleared. The drain pipe was completely clogged deep down.
