Epperson Air Conditioning Heating Plumbing

They came when they said they were going to.

They are always there when you need them. They are expensive but very good. We have never had a problem.

They do everything. I wish they would lower the price a little bit. They have been around almost 21 years. They know they are good and that you will call them. They know done right or pay twice.

We got to pick it out. They represent the company that we wanted to go with. They are a dealer of the Trane company and we wanted a Trane. They were the only company that actually measured all the windows, doors and everything like that to figure out how much heating we were loosing or how much cooling that we would need. That really took some time and effort and I think they did a good estimate on it because of that. They were prompt, in fact they even called before hand. The salesman was very professional and everything that he promised was delivered. In fact the next year we put in an electronic air cleaner, made by Trane also and they did that work for us. We haven't had any problems. When we called, he gave us a date and a time frame that went along with our schedule. In fact he was here early. We have recommended them to other people.

It is an electronic air filter so it takes all the pollen out of the air inside the house and it filters it. It catches mold, pet dander, dust, even smells and smokes. It really filters the air to the point where you really don't have odors in the house. You can add it to your furnace and it is electronic so everything is electric on it. You just have to take the filters out and clean them. I tried to do that once a month. This one kind of neutralizes everything by zapping it but the first pre-filter, that is where you get the larger particles. And you can really see what is going on. I rinse it in water in the bathtub and the junk that comes off is unbelievable, just from cooking in the house and having pets in the house. So it really does improve the quality of air inside the house. Actually the guy that came out to give me the price of the furnace and air conditioner, once I saw that that was offered, I wanted to do that but knew that I wouldn't have the money when we were spending so much on the furnace and air conditioning unit. So I had promised myself to call them back and have them install that the next year and that is what I did. They came in very professionally, were on time, did the service that was required, didn't leave a mess and didn't take a whole lot of time. I was very happy with it.
