+ -1 moreOnly problem was they didn't have the fan to replace. So coldest day in 20+ years and we had no heat. But we survived with floor heaters and now have heat.

+ -1 moreBuddy Davis (owners son) was the service technician. He was very polite, friendly and knowledgeable. He suggested a couple of things to watch for down the road, so to speak. We are now using him on my In-laws home as well. Davis HVAC will be our HVAC contractor from now on. Very reasonable.
Description of Work: Yearly preventative maintenance checkup for our HVAC system. Some freon was added and the outside unit was cleaned. The inside unit was checked and a new filter installed.
