Description of Work: When speaking on the phone to the manager (?) repairman (Chris)he seemed very nice and came out to look at the hot tub. He fixed something and said that it was done. Two days later the hot tub quit working again. We had received a bill and Chris said not to pay for it until he does it right. He came back out and sprayed some foam on an area that he said he thought that would fix it. Again it stopped working. He said that the whole control board would need replaced. He said he would order the part and that it would cost about $800. After many calls to his company that he did not return, he said the board is in stock now. (all of this has been months of not hearing from him.) The last time I called on his cell phone he told me that he was in South Carolina at his daughters softball game and he would be out the following Tuesday to install it. It has now been another couple of months and we still haven't seen him nor heard from him. I would never recommend him to anyone.

Description of Work: I paid them to put in a pool which was placed but done incorrectly resulting in the pool collapsing. They have continied to refuse to make this purchase right! I would absolutely warn anyone againt using them!

+ -1 morepurchase a 33ft round pool in january was schedule to be installed in march. here it is last of may still no pool. they will not refund my money. All i get is a run around why i can get my pool or money back.. They never return phone calls or even made the attemp to contact me. I had to go to the place of buisness to get enywhere.

+ -1 moreThey change their names every few years because they have so many lawsuits against them. I had no idea of this when I bought my pool. I bought a 27 foot pool from them. It hadn't even been a year and the whole thing busted down. They didn't do anything to help me with the whole situation. I don't think that there was anything wrong with the pool itself. I think it was the way it was set up. After I bought the pool, it took them a month and a half to get it installed. They told us it would only take a week. They brought us a pool pump also. The cord was shredded and we had to buy a new one. It took them a week and a half after the pool was up for them to bring us the ladder. The whole experience was horrible.
Description of Work: I bought the pool from them and they installed it for me.

+ -1 moreWe hired them last August. They quoted six weeks. The work was completed in May. They did not follow standard construction practices. They really cut a lot of corners. It was a high pressure situation when in came to payments. The work has not been completed. I feel I need to warn people about their service.
