Description of Work: They cleaned out septic tank. We also thought we had a break in the pipes between the septic and the leech field which is about 100 ft. They suggested that the clog was inside the pipe in our basement. They were correct and saved us an enormous amount of money. I would definitely recommend them.

+ 0 moreI made an appointment with Big Blue to clean my septic tank. He arrived close to the time he said he would. It took nearly an hour to find the tank as it was buried with no markings to indicate where it was. Once found, he dug around the top of the tank, about a foot deep and pumped it out. I was not charged any extra for the extra work and the service person was friendly and cooperative.
Description of Work: Big Blue came to clean out my septic tank at a newly purchased location. I had no idea where the tank was and the service person did not charge any extra to find the tank and dig for the tank entrance about a foot under the ground as well as slightly under the rear deck.
