+ -1 moreI have been blessed because I haven’t had any great expense with the air conditioning or the heating. Sometimes he doesn’t charge me anything, and sometimes he does charge me. He definitely does a good job, and when I call him, he comes. The quality of his work is excellent, the furnace and the air conditioner have been running without any major problem since 1997, and he keeps them going. He is a nice person to talk to, and he is very professional.
Description of Work: I have a propane gas furnace, and occasionally it won’t ignite. I have a person in the area, and if it is not out of his way, he comes by and helps. His name is Leland Motley of Leland Motley Heating and Cooling. If I have any problems, I will have him come back and check it again. The last time he was here was because we had a power surge, and he came out and replaced an electrical socket for the furnace. Sometimes, if the furnace doesn’t start, he’ll tell me what to do. I do it and it starts, but if it doesn’t, he will come by and check it himself.
