Mike and Nick are simply amazing! They did a wonderful job building our deck. This was a major project because they had to demolish the old deck and build a new large deck with a total area of more than 2,000 sq ft. The project took a year to be completed; it also included some electric work and plumbing work, which they did. They executed this job impeccably. I could not have asked for better workers. They are totally competent, very reliable, extremely nice, always willing to accommodate requests or change of plans, conscientious, and honest. Unlike many contractors, they are not greedy. And they really care about doing a good job. They are respectful, polite, professional, and upbeat. They epitomize the qualities and virtues that were common in America long time ago and have almost disappeared nowadays. It is so refreshing to see that there are still some good people around. I was blessed to find them, and recommend them wholeheartedly.

Except for the weather delaying everything-GREAT! My biggest fear about the project was hiring the right guys since it was going to be so expensive. They weren’t the lowest estimate I got but not the highest either. After my first conversation with Nick when he came out, and we were on the same page, I knew they were the guys for me. With each step of the build I felt even better about my hiring decision. Everything they did was above and beyond what most deck builders would do-from the size of the holes for the posts to the size of the bolts. I could feel the pride they had in their work and it shows. They made me feel like this was their deck for their house-AWESOME!

It went amazingly well; despite weather delays. Mike & Nick are professional, punctual, and pay super close attention to details. They may not be the speediest but by far they love what they do and it shows in their craftsmanship! Thanks M&N Fabrication! We look forward to working with you again in the future.

These guys are great. Really motivated contractors. Showed up on time did work as promised. The work was high quality and they outworked the other contractors at the house every single day they were there. I will hire again.

Wow!! The entire process went wonderfully! I called Mike on a Friday or Saturday and he asked if he could come by and take a look on Sunday. He came on Sunday exactly when he said he would! We talked about a few options using composite or normal treated. I asked how far out they were booked and he said a few weeks. The next day or two I received a email with quotes for all the options. After talking with my wife and doing research on different materials, I called Mike back and asked him to put us on their schedule. During the two weeks we decided to add a pergola for sure and also wanted to switch to a kiln dried treated lumber that was only available at Menards in Indiana. Mike was very open to using that product and did not mind having the go across the bridge to get it.He made great suggestions about decorative hardware for the pergola which we loved. Mike and Nick showed up on time and worked from morning until sundown for a few days straight. It was a tough job because they were saving the original trusses because they were still fairly new and in great shape. (Which saved me some $) The final product was a beautiful,incredible, solid, well built deck and pergola. I will stain it and add the black metal post caps M&N recommended!They built it Right! (What the builder should have done 5 years before!) They didn't cut corners like some contractors do. I highly recommend M&N Fabrication for whatever building and remodeling needs you may have! All of our neighbors love our new deck and pergola! M&N are honest and trustworthy! That is very hard to find these days. A+++++++

The guys were prompt and efficient. The deck looks wonderful. The craftsman ship is top notched! We then hired them to remodel a bathroom. We absolutely love the results. Once again the craftsmanship is fantastic! The price is more than reasonable. We are so happy with them so, we hired them to do a second bath and kitchen. The bathroom looks spectacular. It far exceeded my expectations. I really admired their attention to detail and the quality of their work. Most importantly they stand behind their work. In the shower, they installed a tiled corner bench. after a couple months I noticed that there was a small bit of water pooling on the bench after showers. I was nervous that I would have to live with this small flaw as I had not noticed it right away and they had been fully paid. My worries were unfounded as they came here last weekend and completely re-tiled the bench so no water is left standing. You can't ask for more from a contractor. They do beautiful work and then stand behind it.

Called for a quote and Mike came out a couple days later then promptly called me with a quote. Price was reasonable. Communication was very good. Mike went above and beyond to get the materials we wanted. Both guys came out and did the work quickly and professionally. We are very happy with everything, highly recommend!
