My mom had a tree fall on her house and she needed someone to tarp the roof, they came out very quickly and did what needed to be done in the pouring rain! She was so stressed out but Kyle made her feel so relieved!!! She greatly appreciates the business! Definitely recommend!

Horrible! For starters, on the day of the new roof installation I called to reschedule to a different day because of the heavy rain expected in the afternoon. Brad the owner assured me everything would be fine and that they were already on their way. I felt like I was bullied into letting them come against my better judgement. The drip edge was not replaced. The Wood on roof was damaged during installation and not replaced. The rotten wood above large ceiling leak was not replaced. The new shingles above ceiling leak are buckling again. The shingles running along gutter line are rippling and buckling. Birds have started flying in buckled area. I feel like roofing crew were in a hurry because of rainfall that was expected later in the day. The old shingles were taken off and new felt paper was put on. We had heavy rainfall for 2 hours. The felt paper and roof was wet and saturated with rain and never had a chance to dry out. The new shingles were applied on top of wet felt paper/roof. I called Brad the owner to have above mistakes repaired and has refused. I would not recommend Duke's Roofing to anyone!!!

The owner of the company came without making an appointment, fortunately we were home at the time. They didn't bring a new skylight window as promised, just the glass top part, good thing we were home or we would have never known that he wasn't going to replace the entire skylight as requested in our order. The glass top was the wrong size, he didn't have ice guard with him or the proper shingles. He said he would return with the proper order and replace the entire skylight package not just the glass top. Weeks went by and we never heard from him. Calls to the office were never returned. Fortunately we had not paid a down payment on the job.

They were fine and I would recommend them.

Had extensive hail damage to roof, gutters and siding. Duke's Roofing was my 2nd quote on repairs, though he was a few dollars higher, I appreciated his professional manner and projected work time line. Crew was out quickly, had a miner issue at start of repairs, Brad Oliver ((owner) handled it immediately and made sure there were no further issues during work. Was very pleased with all repairs. Would refer Duke's Roofing to others.
