+ -1 moreThorough with initial evaluation and providing information and quote. Returned phone calls timely. Prompt. Called when they were on their way to our home. Professional and friendly. Cleaned up after installation. Made sure system was functioning properly before leaving. Went over all information of the new system and reviewed paperwork with us. Very easy and pleasant to work with.

+ -1 moreI HAVE USED THIS COMPANY SINCE 1972. THEY ARE VERY RESPONSIVE AND THEY ALWAYS DO A VERY GOOD JOB. THEY ARE FRIENDLY AND I THINK THEIR PRICING IS REASONABLE. THEY DON'T CHARGE AN ARM AND A LEG FOR THE WORK.
Description of Work: THE AIR CONDITIONER WASN'T COOLING PROPERLY AND I BELIEVE THEY RECHARGED THE COOLANT.

+ -1 moreI THOUGHT IT WAS A BIT OVERPRICED FOR WHAT THEY DID. I WASN'T SO CONFIDENT THAT EVERYTHING WAS CHECKED THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE. WE ARE STILL HAVING SOME OF THE SAME PROBLEMS WE WERE HAVING AFTER HE LEFT. THESE PROBLEMS HAVE BEEN GOING ON FOR A FEW YEARS.
Description of Work: THEY DID A CHECKUP ON THE HEATING UNIT.
