Description of Work: I left message on business's machine to call me about work, never have gotten a call back.

Description of Work: Contacted provider via phone and he showed up the following day at the agreed upon time and provided an estimate of the job. He explained the entire technique and gave recommendations verbally and drew diagrams of what the finished project would look like. We looked on line at other completed projects he had done. We opted to do our project in two separate installments. In doing this, the color of second treatment was not what we had hoped for. Would have it all done at once, if we had it to do over. Overall, very responsive and knowledgeable. We are still waiting on call-backs from other providers we contacted at the same time. A week after this project was started, we did get an e-mail from another provider with his estimate. He did not give it to us on day he was here to measure & estimate cost. His loss.

Description of Work: Troy came to our home and told us exactly what needed to be done. We had an old epoxy coating on our garage floor which was coming up in places and the concrete under those places was breaking apart. Troy explained how he would correct those places & how he would use a grinder to grind the places out and make the floor level. He did exactly what he told us he would do and in the amount of time he said he would do it.
