I called on Aug 2 and was told he'd come sometime in the morning on Aug 4. I called early (8:30 am) and was told I was 2nd and they also called me when he was on his way. The guy was very polite and did the job professionally. I don't know what the prices are for this job but I was satisfied.

They were very quick to get us an estimate, and were by far the cheapest estimate we received. We are waiting for the garage floor to be poured so we have not had the work performed yet but they have completed work for my family and it is of great quality.

My garage door totally messed up - off the tracks, not level, bent a couple pieces. It was so bad, I thought at first someone tried to break into our house. Called Action Overhead door, who had replaced a spring a few years ago and had strategically placed a sticker on the inside of the door. This was around 5:30pm on a Friday evening, but someone answered within a couple of rings and set me up for a Saturday morning appointment. He explained that they did charge an overtime rate for weekend work, which I expected and did not mind. 30 minutes later, "Bob" the technician called me to confirm the appointment and even offered to come that evening on his way home if I needed him to. Wow. I stuck with the Saturday AM appointment, and Bob arrived just a few minutes after 9am. Within an hour, he had repaired the door and even reinforced part of it to help prevent further problems. He (correctly) cautioned me about removing a piece that was under tension from the spring (I did) that could have caused injury. He adjusted the tracks, lubricated everything and my door was opening and closing smoothly. My total bill was $238, including the overtime charge ($100) and parts. I was happy with the bill, the fast response and my garage door is working great. Action was responsive, and Bob the tech was knowledgeable, friendly and genuinely concerned about my safety (Bob, I won't do that again, promise).

They were prompt and professional. They ordered the doors because it wasn't a standard color and said it would take two to three weeks to get them in. After two and a half weeks they called to tell us they were in and two days later they were installed. Overall I was very happy.

Mr. Driver gave me a detailed and informative estimate. Order estimate was just as they promised. They were prompt on day of installation and the work was done very well. No complaints and all personnel were very pleasant and professional to work with.

I called on a Friday evening, a service call was promised for Saturday morning. The Technician called before coming to the house and arrived within the designated time frame.

They were able to come out and give me an estimate the day I called. They told me I could have it repaired and gave me the cost for that. Then they gave me several options for a new door. All of the prices were less than the other 3 companies I checked. Once I decided, they were out within a few days and did a great job.

It is great to deal with a company that does a good job from start to finish. They care about their customers and want them satisfied.If you need a garage door they should be the first one to call. Great price and timely service.

The technician was prompt and everything installed to our liking.

My trouble shooting wasn't cutting it. They diagnosed the problem right away and got the door working again in 10 minutes.

They did a great job. No problems to date but it's only been a week. I would recommend. The installer was here on time. Did an excellent job of installing the opener. My wife and I are very happy with the job that they did.

The project lasted a couple of days due to Action depleting their supply of Storm Shield. However, they found some (Storm Shield) and promptly responded to finish the project. There was one issue that developed when the garage door was pushing down on the storm shield as the glue was drying. The garage door pushed the Storm Shield forward to much. I had to correct this by placing a weight against the Storm Shield so that when the garage door was closed it didn't move the Storm Shield until the glue dried. A few days later we had a huge storm that caused a lot of rain and wind. The Storm Shield prevented water from seeping into the garage.

The guy that came out even went an extra step and lubricated it and doubled checked everything to make sure it was working. It went very well. They came out within a couple of hours.

Very very satisfied. Their flexibility and great communication was only exceeded by the quality of their work.

THEY WERE GREAT. I CAN CALL THE NUMBER ANYTIME AND THEY ANSWER EVERY TIME. THE GUY ANSWERED ANY QUESTIONS I HAD. HE WAS REALLY FAST. HE DIDN'T HAVE THE SIZE I NEEDED, SO HE UPGRADED MY SPRING FOR FREE.

THEY WERE GOOD. THEY DID WHAT THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO DO AND THEY CHARGED ME WHAT THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO CHARGE. THE GARAGE DOOR WORKS FINE. THEY GOT HELD UP IN TRAFFIC AND WERE LATE, BUT THAT IS NO REASON NOT TO USE THEM. EVERYONE GETS STUCK IN TRAFFIC AT SOME POINT.
