+ -1 moreI gave them an F because they installed it and a hose broke and it spewed water in my laundry room. They still haven't settled the claim. For punctuality, they got there pretty well. For professionalism, I would give them an F. They said they were going to settle and they haven't. I talked to various levels of management, sent letters and contacted their installation department but so far, I have not been satisfied.
Description of Work: I have used Sears for appliance sales and repair. I bought a new washer and dryer that time.

Description of Work: Trying to get a recliner fixed under warranty. Recliner was less than 2 months old when problems started. Recently tried to have have the chaired repaired or replaced but after 3 weeks of trying with emails and 20 or more emails and over 10 hours on the phone, the chair was tossed. Then Sears called 3 weeks later saying they would send somebody to repair the chair.

Description of Work: Refrigerator warranty, they come out 2 weeks later checked it then ordered parts 3 weeks later, they come out lousy, they admit it but don't tell you.
