Description of Work: They did a septic clean out and inspection on a house we ended up buying. I called and they were able to do it for us when we needed. Very personable and I would recommend them.

Description of Work: Septic tank and water line installed. Follow up and communication was a total disaster. Deadlines were never met and they just simply did not seem to care.

 + -1 moreHopefully the job is complete after a year of problems with the new tank and the curtain drain that was installed. The new tank leaked. Was patched and that didn't work. Had to be replaced. First tank was leaking after the second tank was installed. The job took one year to complete. Only time will tell if it functioning properly. I was assured they would take care of it if anything should happen with the work that was done. Does not provide detailed statements or written guarantees.
Description of Work: They added a septic tank and put in a new lateral field with a curtain drain.

Description of Work: I called this company to schedule a cleanout of my septic system. The person who answered the phone said "Hello" instead of the business name, which should have been a tipoff for me of the level of professionalism of this company. I scheduled a septic cleanout for a date two days after the date of my call. The company never showed up. I called them 15 minutes after the scheduled time and left a voicemail asking them when they would be arriving, but they never called me back. I will find another vendor to perform the service.
