PONTRICH FLOOR COVERING

After two days of promised times the installers were to show up, they finally arrive at 3:45pm and expected to work until midnight. They brought the wrong carpet and when I called the owner, he said the carpet was less expensive than what we'd order and they'd gladly reduce our price. The carpet that I ordered got sent to another job and installed. The owner had to order more carpet and tried to make me feel guilty because he was going to have to pay express freight. Found two installers doing drugs in my bathroom. The installers borrowed my husbands air compressor, miter saw and other equipment because they were not equipped properly. They would show up more than 4 hours late and want to stay until midnight. I talked about the behavior of one installer to the supervisor and he admitted that he was on heroin and coming off his high. They came back several time to fix work installed incorrectly. For example, they installed shoe mold where quarter round was to be installed. Damaged the door casing, cut the door casing too short, left gaps between the wood slats etc. The owner would never come to look at the work when I requested because it was now the weekend and he wanted to spend those days with his family. The owner would put the installers in direct contact with me for us to hash out the problems. Issue after issue, excuse after excuse, the work is still not completed as of 5/19/16. I have pictures and a full detailed document that wouldn't fit into this area that I'd love to send.

Called to get a quote for carpet cleaning. The staff was very knowledgable, friendly and helpful. Scheduled and rescheduled a cleaning, they were understanding about it and flexible. The technician showed up on time. He was very thorough and efficent. We are happy with the results. The carpets look and smell a lot better! The only slight downside was that the technician couldn't except debit/credit cards so I had to go to the store, but not too big a deal.

When in the store doing the pre shopping, the staff was very friendly and helpful. We were in a hurry to get the carpet installed and Pontrich worked with us on our tight deadline. We picked out a couple samples and brought them home to make our final decision on which carpet would work best for us. The next day we finalized our decision, the estimator came out and we made our purchase. The whole process from selection to installation was completed in less than a week. We love our new carpet and couldn't be happier with the quality and value given to us by Pontrich. Thank you Pontrich!

They virtually did everything; it was great. I recommend them to others and if I had more flooring to do I would definitely call them. Their pricing is less than everybody else. They were a little delayed in doing the installation.

From walking in to select my new carpet to the guys showing up at my house to rip out the old and install the new, these guys were professional and on time. The installers were great! They took care moving my furniture, were quiet and started working on a different part of my house when my baby went down for a nap, and were as quiet as they could be given what they were doing. They measured the carpet twice and cut one. It was an awesome experience and I look forward to working with them again next time I need flooring of any kind!
