It went very well, He was very professional and he kept in contact with us the whole time. He was thorough with the inspection. Very detailed and great pictures. We had home inspections before but none never this good! We were so pleased! Very friendly and I would contact again when we buy another house in his area!!!

Four months after moving into our 7 year old home, we began to notice an unpleasant odor in our smallest bedroom. We called Eagle Eye Inspection Services after checking out comments on Angie's List. This was on a Saturday at noon and George appeared at our door within the hour! (He noted that there was a lot of rain headed our way and he wanted to try to diagnose our problem before the downpours started.) When he arrived, he examined the problem area of our home from both the outside and inside. He then recommended four steps to take to dissipate the odor. Because of his expertise and vast experience with homebuilding he solved our problem for very little cost in materials and one hour of our time. We were very happy with George. He is a very polite, thoughtful man with a great sense of humor. We highly recommend him.
