+ -1 moreWhen I hired Brad Brown Lawn and Landscape Brad stated that he did full landscape and yard work. When I asked to trim and mulch the bushes he stated that he only did that on the off season. I had to hire a second company to do that work. When mowing he used a riding mower and couldn't mow a straight line, it looked very bad. This year I called to start the service but he never started, called or contacted me . After several attempts during the month of March and April he answered and stated that he was not doing service in my part of the city this year so I called another service.
Description of Work: Lawn mowing once a week for mowing season.

+ -1 moreI did get Brad Brown Landscaping off Angie's List. I did use him. I was very pleased with his work; more pleased because he is local. We are going to do more in the spring. It turned out that they had actually done one of my neighbor's yard. When I would walk, I would think that their house is cute and the way they did the landscaping. He actually does their maintenance. With regard to quality, they planted in the fall. If they are still alive in the spring, we are good. With regard to responsiveness, he was excellent.
Description of Work: They redid our entire landscaping in the front of the house, the side of the house and out by our mailbox.

Description of Work: Brad removed a 25-30 foot Japanese Curley Willow tree that had died because of the 2 big ice storms we've had since 2009. His crew arrived on time, cut down the tree, and completely removed all of the debris. They then ground down the stump to a depth of 10-12 inches below ground level,and covered up the hole. I was completely satisfied with the work and the professionalism shown by Brad and his crew.

+ 1 moreIt went perfectly. Fortunately I have other yard services to compare with Brad and there is no comparison. They are neat, do more than you expect and the price is very reasonable.
Description of Work: Brad and his crew had already "winterized" my yard a couple of months before the last service they performed the last of November which consisted of completely raking up the leaves which had not fallen when they were here before. Since I have an enormous Bradford pear tree in my back yard there were leaves everywhere, front yard, back yard side yard, etc. They completely raked up every leaf and disposed of them. They recleaned my driveway and sidewalks, deck and patio, completely. I cannot say enough about how much I appreciate the job that Brad and his crew do. I have hired them on a permanent basis for next year and many years to come.

Prior to we had been renting a townhouse where the yard was maintained by the Landlord. As such, we had no lawnmower. We hired BGB to mow the yard for a month and to trim the bushes away from the house. Brad came out the same day that I called him to give me an estimate. We shook hands, he came out the following Tuesday, mowed the yard, trimmed the bushes, and took with him all of the scraps. My Wife and I were both very pleased and would definitely recommend him to anyone needing similar services.

Description of Work: Brad Brown is the owner of the business and he mowes not only my yard at a very reasonable cost (about 1/2 of what some of his competitors charge) but he is very conscientious about how he does it where others have torn up my yard in places. He also trims and removes trees. He has also maintained the "commons" areas in our development for a number of years and mowes the yards of other residents of the development who are equally very happy to do business with him.
