+ 0 moreTerrible. Was told the job was only going to take a day and a half and it was at least six weeks. Many days they were complete no show when they said they would work. when they would arrive they would only work a few hours and then be gone several hours and we're completely insensitive to the customers time. They finally got our heat on around 1 in the morning. If they would have arrived on time that day it would have been finished before 5. Very, very frustrating to deal with. Installed the wrong furnace but then all I got was an apology. When I called American Standard about this and they found out, they threatened to remove the equipment that they had partially installed as retaliation. True, I saved money on the installation but it was probably the most aggravating professional contact I've ever had.
