Floyd's Heating Air Cond

Avoid Floyd’s Heating and Air LLC. At first, Josh and his team were friendly, but when issues arose, their professionalism disappeared. After installing my HVAC in early 2024, they did a pre-summer check-in and assured me everything was fine. Days later, a severe leak from my attic unit caused water damage. It required lots of time, visits, multiple repair attempts, and when we were finally almost done: one of their techs put a foot through my ceiling. Rather than handling the issue directly, Floyd’s forwarded me to their attorney without notice. They originally promised not to bill me for all of the failed repairs, then billed me over $1,200 months later. Worse, they still refuse to reimburse me for damages unless I signed an NDA—a shady and unprofessional move. It’s been almost a year, and Floyd’s has done nothing to make things right. Avoid them at all costs.

Terrible. Was told the job was only going to take a day and a half and it was at least six weeks. Many days they were complete no show when they said they would work. when they would arrive they would only work a few hours and then be gone several hours and we're completely insensitive to the customers time. They finally got our heat on around 1 in the morning. If they would have arrived on time that day it would have been finished before 5. Very, very frustrating to deal with. Installed the wrong furnace but then all I got was an apology. When I called American Standard about this and they found out, they threatened to remove the equipment that they had partially installed as retaliation. True, I saved money on the installation but it was probably the most aggravating professional contact I've ever had.
