She calls us or stops by sometimes just to check to make sure how everything is going. We're very happy with the fence. It's totally worth it, to get it. We had some disasters with our pets and we didn't want another one.

In addition to installing the fence, Hope trained our dog for the fence and came back for additional training when we needed it.

Very professional and price was competive.

We've been very satisfied. Her price was a little high, but I felt very secure with going with her over other companies. We felt like she would be around - I'd heard from my neighbors who had used competitors and those companies just disappeared. There have been times where she's stopped back by to check on the progress and check to see if we needed batteries; we don't have any fear of her disappearing.

They put flags up where the fence was, and there's a control panel where you can adjust the voltage level. They came out 3x to help us train our dogs, and we did training ourselves. If we had problems with the dogs not cooperating, we'd call Hope and she'd advise us what to do. We were very satisfied with the service. In the beginning, we had a couple of escapes but the dogs didn't go far.

She's great! The fence works 100%. The dogs have never gotten out of the fenced in area.

I found Hope's business card on our local tractor supply store's bulletin board and gave her a call since I was wanting more information on this type fencing. I had already priced chain link fencing for a very small protion of our yard, but was not convinced this was the best answer as I had witnessed my dog jump a fence at the farm when she got seperated from me once. Hope made an appointment to come measure, explain her product and give me an estimate. At the appointment, it became apparent that Hope was very knowledgeable about her product, Pet Stop Fencing, and believed in the product. Hope was also very savvy about training issues and how to best use humane pactices during training. The estimate was very reasonable, especially when compared with the chain link estimate which was only for a small portion of my yard. Hope returned to do the work on the scheduled date and she took care of scheduling the undergound utility location services beforehand as well. She was very very particular about her installations and the end result was that my yard looked virtually untouched and the installiation of the controller in my garage rivals that of any of my other utility installations. Hope is VERY professional and proud of the work she does and it shows. Of course the install is only part of the equation! Without proper training of your pet, the fence can either be ineffective or overly traumatizing. Hope was quick to explain how her fence was superior to others in it's ability to begin at really low training levels and progress to containment levels. Two training consultations are included with the package. Hope has remained available to answer any questions and I am more than satisfied with the results. I recommend both Hope and the product, Pet Stop, underground fencing.
