Dale Floyd was great to work with. He communicated with me every step of the way. If there was any slight question he always called to receive clarification. He was quick with a response from my request from service magic. I think he responded in about 20 minutes. And that was on a Saturday night. Then he was there to bid on Monday. He started work on Friday. But that was due to weather conditions. It took him 2 weeks to complete the work but a wet and cold weather issue. He was flexible to handle new items as we came up with them and adjusted price and time appropriately.

I can't tell you how pleased I am with the professionalism of Floyd & Sons. They did a fantastic job on my project and at a reasonable price and in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this company for any type project.
