Travis Floyd was very dependable and honest. Since our work was not as involved as originally thought, our estimate was much less. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Mr. Floyd was extremely courteous and willing to do what was necessary to complete the task; even threw in a few extras. Windows were in bad shape. Repairs met expectations and gave us peace of mind and get us through a few years before having to invest in replacement windows. There were some issues starting quite late two of the three days. Otherwise happy with the finished product

Dale Floyd said he was able to install shower tile. He ruined the tile. Installed wrong. Looks horrible. I kicked them out. Terrible service. Took 3 weeks instead of week and job was ruined. He's a liar and does not do good business. DO NOT USE THIS GUY. YOU WILL REGRET IT. TRUST ME IM IN HUGE LOSS NOW DUE TO THESE AMATUERS. So inconvenienced and total loss of material time and money. Be warned you will be ripped off.

He fixed it but once I contacted him about the problem of the siding coming back off he promised he would come to look and fix it but he never returned or contacted me about it.

I called, he came and quoted, I hired him. He came back one day with a piece of wood he was working on, took some hardware and I never saw him again. I called and his phone was "no longer in service". I called his cell, left messages asking him what was going on, if he was ill, please call even if not going to finish so I could find out what he took and get it back and hire someone else. Take him off your list of providers!

Floyd & Sons recently removed 8 medium sized, 30 yr old shrubs from the front of my house. They completed the job on time, within the quoted cost, with no surprises. A quality job was done with good "finishing" for best appearance, given that I was not going to replace landscaping until Fall or Spring. They replaced soil, applied 4 inches of mulch, and a nice touch of their own, planted some simple flowers around the rim to improve interim appearance. Nice cleanup and no damage or messy area left behind. Not cheap, but reasonable pricing based on my checking alternative resources.

Mr. Floyd took a lot of extra effort to replace my borken window. It is a specialty Anderson window and he had to find a good vendor. The first supplier was too expensive and Mr. Floyd found a different one. He also made sure that my house was secure until the window was repaired. Simply outstanding.

Dale FLoyd had my railing uniquely designed for my needs in design, durability, decor. He created out of iron a railing specified for my stairs alone including railings-it is absolutely PERFECT-It is like he read my mind and the price was so fair and affordable. No one else has this railing-I mean he creates what you want and the installation went off without a hitch. It was all done-measured, made, and installed within a week-no mess not fuss-I couldn't be happier and hope many people read this. Dale has resources to create whatever you want-not limited to stairways-He is so professional and is able to "read" what you want and need!

Floyd and Sons pulled out a few bushes/shrubs for me. They were priced reasonably and came when expected. He was a nice guy and we would definitely use them again.

Dale Floyd and his guys did an amazing job on my fence. I had no real plan, just a back yard in need. He and his men came in and within a few minutes had a plan and got to work.
