We are a family owned company with several generations of tradesman who specialize in HVAC and water filtration services. We take pride in our values, problem solving abilities, and in doing quality work that revolves around taking care of you. We care about making our customers homes, businesses, and facilities as efficient as possible by improving their systems. We know you have worked hard for what is yours, and we take pride in making sure that your equipment lasts as long as possible. We strive to keep our customer’s equipment operating at the peak of what it is designed for, maximizing the life and quality of your equipment. At the heart of our work, we strive to treat you as if we are helping a member of our own family. Working within the service industry, we’ve seen times where customers haven’t been taken care of in the way we believe they should have been. As a result, our purpose is to provide a level of service that folks aren’t used to. We will work with you, and think creatively to come up with solutions that work for you. Great. They were able to save me some under the sink space and put the RO Tank in the crawl space. Works great, no installation issues. I am very happy with this system and the installation.

I recently moved to Clarksville and wanted a water filtration system. I called multiple companies but most of their prices were very high or could not give me an answer only a monthly price. When I scheduled Second Mile to install a Water Softener system they arrived promptly with a notepad, pens, magnets, and business cards. I was impressed with their professionalism and great quality of work. Steve who helped me with the process, was nice and very knowledgeable. This is the company that I would recommend for anyone who wants a water softener system. I would not waste your time with the other companies who will try to sell you a water softener system for the price of a Prius. I would recommend Second Mile Service Group to anyone who is interested in having clean water, don't bother with other companies.
