I live in CA and have a rental house in KY. I needed to replace a water heater and redo a laundry room. I decided to try Angie's List. There were not many choices so I found this guy and gave him a call. Jeff kept telling me how he was very professional with his work and assured me he did GREAT WORK. He was very polite on the phone, we talked about what I needed and sent him out the rental house. The work was done in 2013. I just came to KY and went to the house he did the a work on. This had to be the worse floor and painting I have ever seen. I was shocked and very upset when I walked in the laundry room. There was nothing professional about any of the work he did. The walls were not covered completely, he failed to remove light switch covers and only painted a portion of the door. He was supposed to replace the flooring and lay vinyl flooring. The job was so bad I almost feel like pulling it all out and doing it myself. I paid for all the supplies for him to use, it appears he only used a portion of what I paid for. I also paid him to redo the calking around the bath tub. I paid him $60 so I thought he would remove and replace all of the trimming, I WAS WRONG. It looks as if he rubbed calking in a few places and called it a day. I guess the only thing he did right was replacing the water heater. DO NOT USE THIS GUY, YOU WILL BE VERY SORRY, COMPLETE WASTE OF MY TIME AND MONEY!!!!!

That guy was really bad. I had no use for him. Although he came out when I called him so I guess his responsiveness is alright.
