The people were very nice and friendly. They were really busy at the time we had it done. So, the installation took a while. They did a decent job with installing it.

My mother is on oxygen 24/7 and she has conditions that if it gets too hot or too cold, she might as well call in a casket. She has an ancient system, and he was out at her house in the middle of the night trying to get her air conditioner working. He got it patched up for her. It collapsed a couple of days later, which given the age and given what he did, we thought it would happen but prayed it wouldn?t. He was over there that Monday, which was a holiday, and spent the whole day there, and yet didn?t say a word. I paid a little over $2000 finally, and that was for a replacement part on an ancient system. His prices are very reasonable - they may be a little higher than some of the others but he shows up. He has always taken care of her heating and air conditioning. He is very responsive and caring, and I couldn?t ask for somebody better. I wish I had him work on my house here too. I would rate him highly and would continue to use him in the future.
