GUTTER MASTER

We called Guttermaster because they had installed the gutters three years ago when the house was new. We liked their work then. Scheduling was difficult on account of winter storms. Our first call was nearly two months ago. Clearly they were not going to do gutter work in ice, snow, freezing rain and high winds. They called us on Monday, 23 Feb, and said they would try to beat the next storm that was expected on Friday. Sure enough, they arrived today, Thursday morning. There were three in the crew and they worked closely together. One man on the ground fed parts and tools to two on the roof and on ladders. Without seeming to be rushed, they worked quickly and steadily. They had all the supplies and tools they needed with them. In the course of cleaning the gutters, the crew discovered that our house has been settling, making the gutters pitch the wrong way. We have made arrangements to get the settling corrected. Everyone on the crew was pleasant. They kidded one another as only men who have worked together and like each other will. They cleaned up after themselves very well. They left no hardware or metal shavings in our driveway to ruin tires.
