+ -1 moreThey are honest and they show up when they say they are going to show up. When they get here they work the entire time and get it done as quickly as they possibly can. They were here early and we had to cut off everything for them to pull out the system and they were done by two or three o'clock in the afternoon. So they were quick. They are completely honest and tell us the truth about stuff. They are not going to have you replacing stuff if it does not need to be replaced. Their prices are very fair and they provide very good customer services. They will call us back immediately so their response is quick.
Description of Work: We had Crain Heating & Air Conditioning put a whole new unit for us.

+ -1 moreThey always come when they say they will. They do their work in a timely manner. They explain any problems that you have and discuss how to fix the problem with you. Very friendly and professional. I trust this company to tell me the truth about repairs.
Description of Work: Crain Heating and Air have performed several jobs for us. They connected heat and air vent to our garage to keep it from having extreme temps in the Winter and Summer. Installed a booster fan to our heat and air vent to a bedroom that used to stay cold in the winter. And performed maintance on our heat and air units.
