Unbelievably unprofessional. Project took over twice as long as quoted. Changed the agreed upon design multiple times. Demanded the other half of his payment before the job was done as agreed upon. Scary guy with a very short temper, yelled at me multiple times and threatened to tear the project apart right before he quit (with the 2nd half of the money already paid). Terrible, terrible service

Very nice to have honest people like them to do the job . Some errors and mistakes made some corrected some not after agreeing to fix problems example screws through metal roof support beams cut to short. Some miscommunication and had to pay for additional costs and job incomplete, wil finish work ourselves or get another contractor! But I have to say nicest people I've ever hired to work on my home . Beautiful work but incomplete and paid in full plus extra . Really appreciate the work but needs more experience in some areas of construction

What a fantastic experience with Riley’s decks. I knew the deck was unstable and old when I purchased the home a few months ago. I asked Shawn to come out and take a look to either repair or replaced. He initially identified that he may be able to salvage what was there and and simple revitalize. However, after he started to demolish he found a number of challenge area that would degrade the integrity of any work done over it. At each step he showed me the evidence gave me options and in the end a complete tear out and rebuild was necessary in my opinion. Over the next few weeks he worked full 8 hours to meet his design standards. In the end I not only have a beautiful deck but also a hard working god fearing friend, whom I would hire for another job in a second. In fact I already have, this family and veteran owned business is the pinnacle of excellence…

Shawn Riley & his team not only did a fantastic job on the porch, but they answered my never ending questions each day, they were courteous & they cleaned up every single day as they finished- working until dark most days!
