Came to look at the things that I needed him to do the day after I talked to him. On time and professional. That was 2 weeks ago. I called and left 2 messages. The first a week after he was here and the next 3 days later. No response. I wouldn't recommend this company. Go with someone else. A company that doesn't return calls won't be there if you have a problem with them. Very disappointed.

Tom's Home Improvement was recommended to me by a trusted friend. I had several projects at my home that needed repaired and found Tom to be very professional, very knowledgeable and fair in his pricing. He is a busy guy so you may need to plan ahead. He tries to educate you as to the issue when working on a project and I like that. I am a single mother and many times I feel since I don't know how electric, plumbing, roofing, etc works, I get taken advantage of at times but I don't feel that way with Tom. I would recommend him highly. Aside from that one light as mentioned above, I have never had to call him back to fix, re-fix or correct any work he has done for me. He gets it right the first time. Often, he will call me to make sure it is working properly.

Mr. Schauger not only fixed the crossed wires in the outlet, but fixed the hot water heater. I no longer have the danger of the house burning down from improper wiring. Not only was he promptly available to fix the problem, but stayed to make sure that there was no longer any danger. Very professional and reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend the services of this provider.
