Came very quickly after called for leaking wax seal and found seal not leaking but a hose in tank was spraying and water was running down back of toilet onto floor. He could have gone ahead and replaced seal and repaired actual fault without me knowing. I very much appreciate his integrity. He just charged a minimal troubleshooting fee. Very satisfied.

Cody got to my parents home and quickly fixed the plumbing problem. Everyone was pleased with his professional manner as well as his friendly and kind demeanor. My family will continue to use this company?s service for future repairs.

I do not think they knew what they were doing. drain problem worse when they left. charged too much, left holes in wall, etc. another plumber charged 2/3 less and finished in half the time. would not recommend.

The gentleman arrived later than first scheduled due to a job that took longer than expected but he was polite, discussed everything that was needed for the repair, & finished it in about 1 hour!

Pro Flow was great in responding to my issues! Joe was very polite and explained what was happening with my sump pump. He also put booties on his shoes without me asking! He took pride in his job performance! Something you donâ t see often today.
