PRO-Line Garage Doors

I had called and left a message when the spring broke on one of my doors. John promptly texted me back that he could come out later that day and we scheduled a time. Ended up he was running a little early and even politely texted to make sure that would be okay. John got right to work and even showed me a bearing that was going bad which I had meant to mention to him to look at what was sometimes causing a loud squeal noise lately when opening and closing the door. All being said, you can tell John is very experienced and knowledgeable in what he does and I was very satisfied with the service he provided. I definitely recommend and will use again if needed.

John was responsive and did a great job and taught me a lot as well. Resolved the issue quickly and the price was very reasonable. I would recommend John to anyone that needs garage door help.

John arrived right on time and began inspecting the garage door, and it only took him a few minutes to figure out what was wrong. The exterior of the door had been painted at some point and then closed without drying completely. That caused the weather stripping to become tacky and stick to the door, so whenever the door would sit closed for a while the seal would adhere to it and then that would cause the hesitation and jumping that I had noticed. He initially wasn't going to accept any payment since it was such a quick visit, but I decided to have him order new weather stripping and then come back to install it. The follow-up installation only took about 30 minutes, during which time he installed the new stripping and also lubricated the bearings and other moving parts of the door.

John came out promptly and gave an estimate the Tuesday after Christmas. We agreed to hire him and order the doors on Wednesday. The doors came in on Friday and he came to install them on Saturday (NYE)! He arrived on time and did an excellent job putting the doors up and making sure everything worked perfectly. He even installed a keypad as well. He was very polite and professional. Highly recommend!!!

John was very easy to work with and stayed in contact with us as to when he could start the job. Was actually a 15 foot opening but a 16 ft door had been installed previously. He moved the track for us to accommodate the 15 ft door and did a great job in a timely manner. Would differently use John again. Looks great!

I submitted a request for troubleshooting and received a prompt call. I provided a description of the problem and was told the needed parts were available. The garage door opener was fully repaired within a couple hours of my call on a Friday afternoon. Very professional and prompt service. I am very satisfied with the service and I am impressed with how fast it was completed.

I called PRO-Line Garage Doors Monday expecting to have difficulty arranging a time to meet because of my busy schedule. I was pleasantly surprised. John, the owner and operator, would have come out Monday evening if needed. I arranged for a Tuesday evening appointment. John arrived early. He was very courteous and professional. After a brief review of the door problems we had, he quickly diagnosed the problems. We needed the spring replaced in two doors, and adjustment of the downward force in a third garage door. John had the two springs replaced and doors greased in about 30 minutes. He assessed the issues with the last door quickly and determined the downward force needed adjustment so the door would close. He had the final door adjusted and greased in about 8 minutes. As an added bonus, John helped me connect the garage door to the garage door button in my car. The doors all worked great! They open and close smoothly and quietly. I wish I had called him long ago. I would highly recommend PRO-Line Garage Doors to anyone in the area needing garage door repair.

Picked up the phone at 6:15 on Friday night and was at our home 45 minutes later as promised. Work was done very professionally by a polite and easy to talk with owner of the company. Total repair time was about 45 minutes and all old materials were removed. I could not be happier with the quality of work and our choice to call Pro-Line was a good one.

Responded to my phone call immediately. Attempted repairs but was not able t o solve the problem. Said he would see if he could get just the motor and return that same afternoon. Arrived by 3:00pm and replaced the motor and made the necessary adjustments as he said he would. Did an excellent and professional job.

When our garage door spring broke, he was able to come the same day and did excellent work. Very professional and friendly.

Spring broke on my garage door late Friday night called Pro line at 8 am on Saturday morning Talked to a real person and she told me that John would be at my location that evening by 5:00 pm. He arrived right on time looked at the problem had the parts on his truck and had my door fixed in short order. Great service

I would highly recommend Pro-Line. In my case, this particular garage door was the only one that was suitable for install. Pro-Line beat everyone else's prices for unit an install by about $200. John came out on a Saturday for no extra charge and had the unit installed in about 2 hours. I was and continue to be greatly satisfied with the work. He's a one man shop, sometimes those are the best ones.

Call early in the morning. The lady answering the phone was very polite and attentive to the need. The appointment time was set for the same day and PROline was very punctual. The professionalism and courtesy demonstrated set an example for all service companies to emulate. A real pleasure to deal with and they will have my recommendation to anyone going forward.

I took a chance and called on Labor Day, and thought I could just leave a message if they weren't open. Instead, this lovely young woman answered and said her husband could come out in just a couple of hours. He came, he fixed, he did a great job, and did it quickly, and we are happy.

It was fine, We had a garage door problem during the winter time and they were the only one who could come out and they respond quickly they did a good job.

Proline was able to get me same day service for garage door springs that broke at reasonable cost. I contacted them in the morning and I was told what it would cost and who would be coming to my door and what they would be driving, and they came out in a timely manner. John was very polite and professional. I am definitely going to refer thrm to my friends!!

The date above maybe incorrect as I don't have the date right in front of me. However our garage door broke the day of the last big snow and ice storm we had. I called several companies listed on Angie's list and basically got nowhere. My husband suggested looking for someone located in Richmond (others were in Lexington). I called pro-line garage door and his wife answered. I gave her the information regarding what was wrong with my garage door (by this time it was after 7:00pm) She said, my husband will be there by 8:00. I said tonight? She said yes. I was shocked as basically because of the storm, none of the other places were working. Sure enough, he showed up by 8:00, figured out what exactly was wrong with the door and needed to order a part to fix it. By 5:00pm the next day, he had installed the new part and the door was operating better than even before the part broke. He made two different trips to the house, one to see what was wrong and the other to install the part, all for $105.00, not to mention in the middle of an ice and snow storm!!! I highly recommend using company. They are big enough to be able to take care of your particular issues and able to get parts quickly but small enough to prove excellent and personal service!

He was friendly, efficient and everything that I'd read on Angie's list prior to contacting anyone. He is most definitely on my A list.

The coil spring on the garage door broke, which caused it to stay shut and not open. I contacted Proline Garage Doors on Sunday morning and they advised that it would be repaired that day for "NO" extra charge. The repairman "John" arrived on time and fixed the spring and also checked the rails and motor. He advised that he owns the company with his wife and they are willing to do whatever it takes to earn customers business and loyalty.

After giving the 1st estimate and, requesting the opportunity to match or, beat any competitor's estimate....that is exactly what John did. He actually went out of his way to personally, retrieve the garage doors from the supplier as, delivery would have been entirely too long a wait. John has a very, down-to-earth personality and, he knows his garage doors. Pro-Line met the lowest estimate and, went above and beyond what any other contractor was gonna do (for the same money). I now, have no need to research garage door repair personnel any further ... I know the price will be competitive and, the quality of workmanship will be "outstanding".

He arrived when he said he would, was friendly and courteous, spent a bit of time after the repair was done making sure it was all right.
