The tech arrived on time and explained to my wife exactly what he was doing and why. He then answered several questions we had about acquiring A new unit. He was very helpful and courteous.

Adam Morgan is a good HVAC guy. He knows what he is doing and he has helped me a number of times as well. He actually worked on my stuff prior to another company that I used. He looked through the system and got it to work here and there, but I have an aging HVAC system. So, there were certain things that he couldn?t read and certain tags off the unit that he wasn?t able to get information from. He used his knowledge pretty much and made it work for a little while, but the thing just kept failing and shutting off when it was really cold outside. He had been out several times and he didn?t even charge me. As a matter of fact, he gave me a refund on the parts that he actually put in thinking that it would work. Then he said that he couldn?t help me out because he wasn?t sure what the problem was. He couldn?t figure out what it was and he told me that he couldn?t go further on it because he wasn?t sure if he could fix it. That?s when he said that he would refer me to another company. He made 3 to 5 visits. He was ethical and it is rare that you come across somebody ethical. He wasn?t able to fix it, but he knew when he couldn?t help me. The unit is probably older than he is. I will hire him again. If it comes to a point where I would need a new system which would probably be in the next year or so, then I am going to call him and have him put it in.
