Description of Work: I had a sewer tee that leaked. I asked for a new tee to be installed. An apt was given for 12 :15 Wedn. and they arrived at 2:00 took one look at the tee and said they didn't have time to do the job nor the part , and would come back. I was charged $70. for a service call. They schedualed me for a 7:am Mon. arrived at 7:40 cut the sewer line and stated they didn't bring the tee and needed to go and buy one. Gone for 20 mins. and returned to cut out the tee and begin to replace with new fitting. Needed a slip sleve to finish the installation but had none. Called the office and had the owner bring one to the job site. Time 15 mins. Charged me for 1 1/2 hrs work plus parts ,plus the previous service charge and total was $215. to replace a tee. 35 mins dead time for the two man team, spent less than an hour on the repair, drove a van without the parts to do the job.They were told at the begining what I wanted done, they came by and saw what was needed and still arrived unprepaired to do a simple replacement of my sewer tee. When I'm being charged $70. per hour for a professional job I expect them to have everything ready to go. I will be contacting the company in the morning for an adjustment to the bill.
