The owner, James, met me at my work site and drove to the property, giving me an estimate at that time. He estimated to be able to do the job the following week. Next week had a couple of rainy days. He did not call me at that time, but when I called, he responded promptly. He assured me that when the rain cleared, he would begin. There was a 2 day set back when the folks from city didn't mark the water lines timely. When the water lines were marked, they proceeded with the project and completed it within a day which was the expectation. I inspected the project and it was completed exactly how I wanted it. :) Although, the cost was more than others I had bid the project, he was prompt in returning calls, I didn't have to chase him down or play lots of phone tag. He was professional and he got the job done. I'm pretty sure I would still be waiting on or chasing some of the others I had bids from. I do not have time for that and am not used to doing business with folks who I can't trust their word or does not show for work. Thumb up to James and his employees for a job well done!!
