Service was excellent. For the first time in my 80 years, a service man said he would be here at 4, and he was. Looked the problem over and said he would call Monday with an estimate at 9, and he did. He said he has the parts and would be here at 2 and he was. He amazed me. Fixed in less than hour. He was polite, knowledgeable and professional. Would highly recomend him.

Same day service

Our ac died at about 8pm. We requested quoted online and through home advisor. Joseph called us first thing in the morning and said he could be out in an hour. He was, and he had told me what was needed within a half hour, with options, and then we had a working ac within the hour. Joseph was very prompt, very professional, and I would recommend him to anyone.

The project was top notch. Not only did they consistently show up on time, but they finished the project early and were willing to reschedule the final walkthrough multiple times to accommodate our schedule.

If I could rate Mr. Joseph a "6" I would. He provided same day service and replaced my heating system the following day. Furnace wasn't available locally and would be sent to Lexington within 3 days. Not acceptable to Ernie. He went to the West side of the state to pick the unit up so he could fix our problem the day he originally promised. (10 hour round trip with a motel stay). I would be very surprised if anyone else would do this. He definitely takes pride in providing A-1 service.

Heat went out unexpectedly was having a hard time finding someone who could come out. They came out and got my heat running that day was very thankful cause it was supposed to get down into freezing temperatures that night.
