Scheduled him to come for an estimate. Didnt show up but was running late when I texted. Asked to come the next day. Showed up, reviewed what was needed, a date for the work was discussed and awaiting a quote. Quote never came even though several texts and an email were sent. Never heard from him again......

Spoke with the owner of Fox. We spoke about price! When I needed service by! Arranged to have him call me back to set a time for service to what I needed completed. Have not heard from him since. Texted him back and still no contact. What he did now know is if he can't handle the simplest of jobs why then I would hire him for a larger job. The second project on our property was a new workshop over 300sqf. New construction for outlets to machinery, pumps, vacuums, lighting, heating and cooling. I have times to HEAL (Housing Equality All Lexington) and this contract could have provide even larger projects. It is a shame. Really like our conversation. O'well I guess people really don't want to work. This is the third electrician from an online reference page and the first from Angie's.

I made an appointment. Left work early, appointment time arrived. No call no show. I called him, said a guy was running behind and would call when finished. Never called, never followed-up. Such a waste of time.

They did the job I ask and more. They stay until the job was done and they made sure it was working properly.

James was very conscientious about his work. He made several trips to get parts for lights because of defective parts that came with chandelier. I would recommend Fox Electric to family and friends. Thanks James for a job well done!

Great! James fox answered my emergency call today coming after normal business hours. He was not only punctual, but totally patient and courteous with all my questions, quickly fixed my emergency issue with a smoke detector beeping needlessly, then also fixed a bathroom fan light that wasn't working due to improper wiring plus extended a ceiling fan's pull chains so I could reach them, all within his reasonable service call fee. A professional, delightful gentleman I was happy to meet and will work with for all my electrical needs in the future. Thanks, Angie's List, for directing me to James.
