We had the pleasure of meeting Austin, not for any job related tasks however. He was kind enough to pull over and help my daughter and I with roadside trouble. He changed our flat tire and turned a very scary, nerve racking moment into a much more pleasant one. It is always good to know that there are still very good, kind, and honest individuals out there. Everything went well

First time they came toilet was flushing again the way its supposed to. I was told not to use toilet for any other reason, good info. I also bought some lime dissolve which helped. In the next two weeks it happened again, and I called them back. They snaked it gain and a little plastic top was found. Now I stopped using the toilet for other uses but did throw a pan with water down the toilet, was there a top in it..who knows. Any way, while all this was going on, the other toilet that never had an issue, was now backing up, The clog guy said i needed a new toilet and it wasnt even the one that I had called them on in the first place. So I called the boss and asked him to wave the second visit, and then I would buy a new toilet and they could put it in. He later said, " We will wave the second visit and We can no longer serve you". So I sent him the amount for the second visit. Have no idea if it was my fault or not on the first toilet. Why, the second toilet then needed to be removed and replaced ...well you decide

It was fine

They showed up on time and were pretty efficient. It took a little wall removal to address the issue. They don't do wall patching but tried to cut neat enough for access panel. After clean-up, they made some other recommendations.

The work was completed in one day, they kept us updated on the progress as the day progressed and completed the job leaving no evidence that the work was even done. We have used them several time since then and we would recommend them to anyone. They are very professional, punctual and affordable.
