Devin and Derrick were as good as they come. I could quickly tell they knew what they were doing, and it was obvious they solved the problem pretty quickly (within 30 minutes of arrival). They were super nice and gave me some tips that I really appreciated. I would definitely use them again if needed and recommend them to others.

I needed a leaking kitchen sink repaired at a rental property I own in Lexington, KY. Clog Busterz, LLC was extremely responsive, detail oriented, punctual and thorough with providing documentation and explaining the work performed. I was contacted by Clog Busterz within minutes of submitting details of my project needs on home advisor. Having dealt with other maintenance personnel (NOT on home advisor) that were highly incompetent, I was full of questions about how they would address the repair. My concerns were taken seriously and answered immediately. Additionally, action from Clog Busterz held true to the answers that were provided in the following ways: *I received a text confirming the appointment time was still okay the day of the repair *I received a text explaining the issue with the sink and the cost to complete the repair so I could review and provide authorization for the repair to be completed BEFORE any work was initiated *A formal estimate on Clog Busterz, LLC letterhead, outlining the charge discussed via text, was emailed to me minutes later *Upon completion of the repair, I physically spoke with the repairman that completed the work (at his request!) to review/discuss the repair performed and how he verified it was successful. He also provided an overview of what was replaced and why *Within 5 minutes of ending the phone conversation with the repairman I received an email with a formal invoice for the repair. The invoice included warranty details and allowed an option for me to submit a secure payment online for the work completed. My hot water tank went out the weekend before Thanksgiving and not only did they get to me the quickest but was the most affordable. They were professional, friendly, and deserving of 10 stars!
