We had a clog in the drain that I couldn't get through by plunging or snaking, and needed a service call on a Saturday. The tech that showed up was very courteous and even educated me on why my attempts at snaking the drain were probably unsuccessful. He gave me some pointers on how to keep the drains clear in the future, and the call came with a 30 day service guarantee.

I hired them to install a new water heater. I informed them that I did not have water or electric on at the time and asked if that would be a problem. The plumber said it was ok that it would not be a problem. He installed the water heater and said he had to put multiple turns in the water pipe to the water heater so he could fit it. The next day the utility company came and turned in the water. He said the water valve to the heater was turned off but it obviously was not because it leaked from the very same pipe that had the multiple turns in it. He came back the next day and took out all the the turns and made a a straight pipe connection. He checked for leaks but there were none. He vacuumed all the visible water. What I did not realize until the next day was that the water had leaked into the adjacent room and soaked the carpet. He came back a third time and refused to admit that it was the very same leak that had caused the problem. He was very rude, said there were no more leaks and tried to blame me stating I turned the water on and left it running. Clearly he did not turn the water valve off to the appliance or it would not have leaked. I trusted them with my plumbing but I will not do that again.

First time using Clog Busterz. Found them on "Angi". Lamark showed up to replace hot water heater and found the house needed to be brought up to code. Consequently, added cost to the original estimate. Rescheduled for the next week. Showed up on time and completed install and upgrades quickly. Good company customer service. Like most companies, they are short on help, but strive to satisfy customer needs.

First time trying Clog Busterz but I can say they now have a customer for life. They were easy to work with, very professional to and honest. Cole Johnson was great!! They fixed my leaky toilet and pointed out what was wrong with the tub draining. Highly recommend!

Replied quickly and replaced our water heater promptly.

Was charged $1100 to replace the 27 water mainline. They did not level the yard afterward and 2 weeks later, the line separated from the meter causing us to have another $200 water bill and they never took responsibility for the failure. One man came and fix the 2nd break and so far it is holding but grading is still not complete.

Great communication, came as scheduled, performed the work as promised, cleaned up everything when he left and no extra charges. Would definitely use them again.

Prompt, exceptionally dependable, professional

Plumber, Mike, was easy to talk to. He explained what he had done and showed me pictures of before and after work. Replaced all sewer lines in house and outside to city hook up. Price was the best.
