I needed someone to troubleshoot and repair a sewer problem where there was black water leaking back into the basement via the foundation. Derrick went over all the possibilities and their associated costs and once we were able to schedule a day that wasn't raining he and his partner Bricen were able to locate and fix the problem very quickly and for a far lower cost than we had been anticipating. There was no upselling or bs-ing by Derrick and I would recommend and use these folks again.

The two gentlemen were very professional and kind. They were 4.5 hours later than the scheduled appointment. I chose a 0800 appointment and I received an email from home advisor confirming the 0800 email. I also received a call from Derrick as soon as I made the appointment confirming the appointment. They did not arrive until 1130 and did not call to let me know that they would be late until I called the phone number at 0900 to ask where they were. If you are on a schedule, I do not recommend them. The service was good when they arrived, though.

Not so simple kitchen faucet installation. Very responsive, courteous and skillful. Would definitely use them the next time I need a plumber.

Superb - they really saved the day when we had a plumbing emergency. We had an old water heater that sprang a leak over the floor. They called me within just a minute or 2 of being matched on HomeAdvisor, and they were at our home in less than 30 mins. They replaced our gas water heater THE SAME DAY (this happened over the Christmas break, so I was extra impressed). They cleaned up after themselves. Excellent customer service and great workmanship. Pricing was very reasonable. The new water heater is working perfectly. We are thrilled with the work and with the fact that they completed it so quickly. We will definitely be calling them again if we have future plumbing needs. I highly recommend them for any plumbing project, big or small, urgent or non-urgent.

I didn't meet Devin face to face, I spoke with him on the phone and texting, to set up the appointment. I had to work, my brother was here to meet him. Devin is professional, courteous and he listened. My brother was very impressed with him. I would hire him again and also recommend him to family, friends or strangers. He did what was needed and was done in to time.
