He had to go to LOWES 3 times - as he was leaving to go to the next job, I ran outside and called him back because the handle on the toilet tank didn't flush - everyone there is nice, but not as experienced as I would like - same was true when my kitchen sink was worked on - 2 different people were sent on 2 different days - is that enough?

We had two problems to be resolved at our kitchen sink and both were taken care of at a cost that we felt was very reasonable for the time the servicemen were here. Having a "first time customer" coupon available was a plus! Our servicemen (the son/dad team) were great. We appreciated their explanation of what they were doing and also their suggestions for preventing a similar problem in the future. Based on our initial experience with this company we would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable company to take care of their plumbing needs.
