Charles did a great job. He was thorough and efficient. His prices were reasonable. I will use him again.

He was very professional, he seemed very educated. He will give you options to save money on your projects. He came when he said he would and finished on time. I would use him again in the future.

It went fine.

A piece of siding had come off the eaves of the house and we don't have a ladder long enough to reach, and he gave me a phone estimate to put it back up. When he arrived (on time) we discussed the damage, he explained what he was going to do and completed the job in a timely manner. We also discussed other things that needed fixing and I will be calling him out for the odd jobs that I can no longer do. Very professional, very personable, and yes, I will use his services again!

He tore out the old carpet and hardwood and had to plane some rough seams on the subfloor. We bought our flooring from another company and Charles installed it for us. He is not the fastest person on the planet (he will tell you this himself) but he is very good and I have a great looking floor because of him. I believe he saved us several hundreds of dollars by doing the work by himself and having knowledge about woodworking in general. We will certainly use Charles in the future.

Charles was very good at keeping us up to date when he would be able to start. He always arrived on time and worked to the end of the day. he finished the jobs by the time he told us he would and could make suggestions on various problems that we just didn't know how to handle. he was fair in his price and we are completly satifisfied with his work.

He fit us in between jobs, so my project was done early. The work was completed exactly to the agreed upon specs, and he left the office cleaner than he found it. Very professional, and very polite, during the entire project. I will definitely use this person again.

Charles was quick to answer our call, give us an estimate, and start work. He was prompt, neat, helpful, and efficient. We have already called him back in October to take care of a problem we weren't aware of the first time and have made plans to have him return in the spring. He will be the first person we call no matter what problem occurs in or around our house because he seems to be able to do just about anything!

He called me back right away, we able to do the work quickly. Very polite and did a good job. He is very clean and detail oriented. He offered a few suggestions that saved me money. I am currently waiting on more quotes, I will be using him again.

Charles can do anything and he has an eye for detail, he is very precise, and doesn’t rush through his work. He charges by the job not by the hour. I appreciate the fact that being a detailed person myself, he too is a detailed person. So if he is painting a room he doesn’t just slap the paint on, he spends a lot of time doing the trim. Charles is also really good with being aware of the latest improvements in paints, tools, and supplies to make our job the best that can be. He doesn’t slack on the materials. His prices usually come to about $35 an hour. The last thing I paid for the chicken coop and that was three weeks worth of work, of and on and that was $1500. I gave him a fore plan; I gave him a pattern that I got from the internet that he had to go buy. He followed it closely; he even went through the barn to look for old boards and things. He used whatever I had to save the money. Charles is very creative, and communicative about what is going on, what problems he has and helps us make a decision as which route to go and so forth. He does plumbing and electrical work if it is not too big a job but that is what I appreciate about Charles, that if a job were too big for him to handle, then he would say so and walk away from it. Charles doesn’t try to round up some people that we don’t even know, so he just stays off.
