Caudill Concrete

Keith Bo Caudill, of Caudill Concrete, will not return to finish and repair a concrete project that was started in August 2016. During the months it took him to work on the project last yea,r it was a constant struggle to get him to show up for the job. He also continuously added cost to the project claiming it was not explained to him well. His last visit here was in October 2016. He told us he would come back in the spring to seal the concrete and repair any problems. We have found that he installed a drain in the basketball court that is entirely too small to drain even the smallest amount of rainfall. The concrete is extremely uneven and water puddles over the court in numerous places. He has not sealed the concrete. His equipment damaged the community side walk. We have been calling him for weeks and his response is that he will be here next week. On March 27, 2017 he informed us that he will return but we must pay for all of the work.

I called and ask for a quote on repairing my sidewalk. In a few days he went to my house and called me with the quote. I said " that sounds good let me discuss it with my boyfriend and I'll call you back" he laughed and said ok. I called him back that night and left a message that he could do the work and call me back to set up a time. He has not returned my phone call. Im guessing that he was offended that I wanted to discuss it with my boyfriend.
