+ -1 moreno return call. The second time I went to the store and requested someone come out and give me a quote and no show! Storefront was a mess. Since then friends have told me to avoid BluegrassPlumbing because of inflated price and not showing up.

+ -1 moreThe work was fine although the repairman was pretty laid back and slow moving. The big problem was when he said he had to drive across town to get another valve. It took him two hours at $80 per hour! The labor to go get the part was more than the part ($131.49 for the part). I wish I had checked Angie's list before I called them.

+ 0 moreThe entire experience we well, they did their job very well replacing a thermostat for the air conditioner. I can't complain at all about the service, but the price was over the top.
Description of Work: The service was quite good and they were here when they said they would be, but they charged far more than any of the other local repair guys. We found out after we had paid them that they were actually the most expensive heating and air business in this area. I guess we should have shopped around a little more.
