Description of Work: Hired as roofing contractor. Provided estimate, completed work and final invoice was $3000.00 more than original estimate. Was told that he did not include all of the shingles. Only paid the original estimate. Found out later that the shingle paper did not come to the edge of the roof line

+ 0 moreI'd give them an A+ rating. They were efficient and they were on time. The price was in the ballpark. They were an A+ when they were doing the job but a month or so out if you had a question, it took 2 or 3 days to get a response. That may have been due to the fact that they were overwhelmed with work.
Description of Work: For roofing, I used Accredited Home Center. Three years ago, we had the severe sheer wind which took off and almost damaged all the roofs in the subdivison. They did almost 90% of the roofs on the houses here. After they did the roof, I had them come back and put a two-story deck on.
