Robbie Lee Construction

We asked this company to build a very large deck on the second floor in the back of our house. They also built/replaced an old deck in the front of our house. Robbie Lee also poured concrete for a walkway in the front and patio in the back. We were originally told the building wouldn't take place for another 2 weeks, and were perfectly fine with that, Robbie Lee ended up having the worked started within a few days. Even with some "hiccups", both decks were completed within 2 weeks and look great. He kept us well informed and took care of everything from start to clean up to correcting issues after an inspection was completed and some minor issues needed to be taken care of. He was very professional and made sure we were satisfied with the work. Quality was great and price was very reasonable.

Robbie Lee was very receptive to are needs and took the time to check upon the quality of work being done. He was professional and insured the project was completed on time and to code. Will hire again for future projects.

Within 24 hours my repair was done for a very reasonable price. I thought Robbie was very professional and knowledgeable about the job. He answered all of my questions and took the time to look at something other that what I was asking to be repaired. He and his crew arrived on time as promised and took care of my repairs promptly. This was a very professional company that met all my expectations. The crew arrived on time, not to mention while they were waiting for the gutter machine to arrive they offered to help me unload other building materials I had went and picked up on my trailer. Robbie did a great job. We ha crown molding, drywall repair, and painting done in a room with 20ft ceilings. A lot of people in and out but all went pottery smooth. It come was great. Would recommend.

Very eager to do the job, didn't communicate very well several days they could of worked but didn't. Had to show them some mistakes they made they did fix them, overall very satisifed

Highly Dissatisfied with Robbie Lee Constructions workmanship on the Remodel of my home. Robbie Lee's crew of 3 or4 workers produced sloppy installation of all my new interior door w/jams. Light shines thru all sides and tops of the doors when they are closed. . All doors are dragging when you open or close them. Most doors are between 1 and 1 1/4 inch above the floor. Sloppy brush strike paint all over the new doors and closet bi-folds. Base boards, face trims on doors and window, all rosettes are hammer damaged, chipped off corners, gouged and not cut in properly. Walls are damaged where old door frames where removed. NOT REPAIRED". At least 10 different shades of runny and bubbled stain on all new trim/baseboards and window sills. Paint not even on all walls. Ceiling to wall edges in several rooms not trimmed out. Paint on new carpet and trim work. stain on walls. new ceramic tile and new hardwood floors. At least 90% of the new ceramic tile edges are extremely chipped and not level. Ceramic tile grout line are all different width. Wall tile not cut straight or evenly, tiles not level different color grout and grout line width's. Shower floor not angled properly "Water Stands at all edges, does not drain properly. Shower wall to floor grout 3/4 to 1 inch wide. Front entry door and storm door continuously bind and drag. Front entry door brick veneer coming loose. New Metal Roof continues to have drainage problems. More detailed information has been sent to the BBB and Consumer Complaint Agencies and many, many more. Robbie Lee Construction need to stay doing small/single jobs. Job such as big or whole house Remodels are to big for Robbie Lee's Company. He does not know detailing or fine work. He has proven that to me. Proof of his kind of poor work is still in my house and will have to be done over, but not by his people or Company. He walked off the job on 27 Jun 2015. He told me before he left that day they would be back on 29 Jun 2015.No one has returned. Robbie Lee asked me if I could pay him the last payment on 3 Jun 2015 so that he could pay the second tile person he had to bring in, after the first tile person was fired. At this time I told Robbie Lee that I would pay him, but the work would be completed and He and I would make a final work thru of this house before I released Them. None of the above happened. He blames the customers for his problems and inadequate work. He is well aware of the problem left behind. He does not man up to his responsibilities. Robbie Lee's Hand Shake of Quality. Honesty and Trust is completely NO GOOD to me. Robbie Lee Construction will not ever be recommended by me to anyone.

Would recommend them to anyone. Weather caused start to be delayed but they were on site as soon as the rain quit. Also, cleaned the work sight spotless. Great company.

They have been very good at communicating with me to let me know when they will be there.

He was very thorough. The inspections were all done & certified properly. The final product looks great. He even did a couple odd repairs around the house at no extra charge. However, it took 2 months to complete a 2 week job.

Work done was good but is not very dependable as far as time goes. Had several instances where we were told that someone would be there at a set time to finish the job but never showed up or called. This costed me money from having to take off from work to be at home for them and then they don't show up. Not very professional. Needs to communicate better with his people that he hires.

Robbie is very professional and conscientious of others, their specific needs, and circumstances in payment. Great job was done and completed job in a single day,. In fact he did my project on Christmas Eve so we would not need to worry about water damage to home. If you are looking for a professional to be there for you and do a good job, he is your man. Great customer service!

We met with Robbie Lee this Falll so that we could get on his schedule this next spring 2015. We really liked what he told us about his building experience and that he had done other work in our area. He will be calling us in March to commence with our garage. We were satisfied with his bid. It was important to us that we hired an experienced garage builder. Very nice man.

They finished in one day and a few hours. Cleaned up everything. Roof looks great. The two man crew did an outstanding job, a lot of work for two but they got it done. Would recommend this company any time.

This is an excellent contractor. Robbie and his crew should be rated even higher than a five. He believes in great customer service and tries real hard to please. I got seven bids and his was well below all the others. The guys were here at 8:00 and stayed to around 17:30 and back the next morning at 8:00 sharp and finished by 11:30. It is a beautiful deck repair/replace job and I and my neighbor commented it was the best deck we had ever seen. I had a big deck with some rotten boards, replaced and made it smaller. I will be calling ON Robbie Lee for any of my projects in future.

They are not done yet, but they put on a roof and I must say it looks great and they are some go getters....very nice people to work with and very honest and will help with the final project....

They show up and get the job done. Nice bunch of guys. Very pleased with their work.

Very satisfied with the final project. I was kept informed, offered suggestions for a better appearance and the crew was very pleasant. They gave me just what I wanted with a good price.

This review shows roofing, but what was removed an replaced was my crawl space insulation, upgrading from R19 to R30, also replaced my vents to the Auto-Type. Robbie Lee and his crew are honest and straight-forward, an a pleasure to do business with. I would highly advise for any of your construction needs.

Robbie Lee and his crew are friendly and hard workers. Their work ethics is to get the job done right the first time. I made changes to my original project and Robbie Lee was very accommodating. Robbie Lee takes pride in his work. I will hire him again for my next project. Also, recommend Robbie Lee to family, friends, and especially individuals with the military.

Best experience ever. The crew came on a Saturday after being rained out on Thursday and Friday to do the project and I certainly did not expect that. I could not be more pleased with the steps/siding and deck improvements they made. From now on any project I come up with goes to Robbie Lee as I know it will be done right and look stunning. This company is one of the few professionals I have dealt with lately and they do exactly what they say they are going to do.
