Description of Work: I called on behalf of friends who live out of the state and they never returned mine or the friends call. They were needing an ice melting system installed and they were listed as dealer for the system.

+ -1 moreHighly recommend. We had constant leak in one area of our roof and he was able to pinpoint the problem immediately. We have had 4 separate roofing companies come out to look at the roof and no one could figure out the problem. It took him 1 minute to figure out that the and quot;saddleand quot; was big enough in comparison to the chimney. His employees were polite and professional and efficient and left no mess after work was completed.
Description of Work: install flashing (Saddle) on our roof behind our chimney.

+ -1 moreSee above. Steve was kind and professional. Still waiting on my guter estimate though. Deer season must be slowing that one down a bit.
Description of Work: I called about a leak near my chimney. Rain was getting in and coming into attic and living area. Steve came out day after I called and Inspected roof for deficiencies. It was still damp from the previous day's downpours. He said he would come out the next day to dig out the caulk and reseal the flashing on the chimney. He recommended capping the chimney as it was not in use. He bought a cap and took care of that. Cap he said was $40.00. All of his labor was $55.00. Working on a gutter estimate now. Will probably use his company if it is reasonable. Ross

Description of Work: Called, left message. He called me back 3 times before we made coontact. He came by the same day for estimate visit. He said $1240. Job was to stop a severe leak that developed on a flat roof after a $300 roofer tried to repairl the leak when it was a very small leak. He agreed to repair the roof for $1200, Made appointment for the work to be done the next week. Crew arrived as scheduled. They worked on roof all day, Did excellent job. have been though seveal severe hard rains since the repair. No sign of leakage,

+ -1 moreThey did the job quickly; everything was done in 24 hours. They cleaned up after themselves so we didn't have to worry about debris in the yard or anything. They gave a quote to the realtor before we moved in, but they stuck by that quote. They told us they were coming out one day but they called to reschedule because they were finishing up another job.
Description of Work: Quality Roofing replaced my roof last year. They tore off the old shingles, replaced any rotten boards, and put new shingles on.
