Description of Work: Denise Wisdom was my real estate agent when I sold my house in Hardin County, KY, and purchased my house in Louisville, KY. Denise went "above and beyond" anything I expected. I told Denise of the problems I had been having with the realtor I was using at the time, and the problems I was having trying to sell my house. Once my contract with my first Hardin County realtor expired, Denise graciously agreed to try to help me sell the Hardin County house even though she did not work in Hardin County, which is 45 miles away from Louisville. Within a few weeks of signing with Denise, I had an acceptable offer on the house and was able to move forward with the purchase of my Louisville home. I think it's important to mention that while I was looking for a house in Louisville, Denise treated me as though I were purchasing a $500,000 home, even though I could only afford a small 2-3 bedroom house. We looked at many houses and during those showings, Denise taught me a great deal about what to look for, what questions to ask, potential problems, the "pluses and the minuses," etc. She was very generous with her information.
