+ -1 moreThe technician, Greg, was here within two hours as estimated. Very professional, pleasant, knowledgable and efficient. Greg asked questions to determine cause of issue. Checked the capacitor first and replaced with new one in about 15 mins. Checked coolant. Didn't need it. Wasn't charged for it. Greg answered all of my questions, even concerning winter heating concerns. Very insightful and experienced. I would definitely contact and recommend them in the future.
Description of Work: AC had stopped working. Fan on exterior unit was not coming on. Blowing warm air.

+ -1 moreA little communication issue that was most likely all my fault. Complete system minus new duct was installed with great results. Duck work is scheduled for this week and I expect the same results. Joey was very easy to work with and will recommend Air Temp to friends, families, or anyone else!
Description of Work: Replaced air handler inside with 15 seer, replaced heat pump with 2 ton unit, ran separate duck from air handler to new room (closed off garage).

+ -1 moreWe used them probably six years ago and we haven't needed them. It hasn't given any trouble since. We don't need maintenance but if we needed, we are sure they would be there. We don't remember how much we spent. It was a whole new unit, so it was several thousand dollars. They were very polite. They came and did the job in a couple of days and they left. They didn't make a mess. We would give them a ‘B' for price. We get what we pay for. We would use them again in the future.
Description of Work: We used Air Temp of Radcliff to install a new air conditioning system.
