Chris, the owner, took our money and then stopped returning calls, texts or emails. He claimed that the cost of the equipment was the majority or our payment so he wanted all the payment up front. I normally would not go for this arrangement, but had heard from a few sources that he does good work, so I thought he could be trusted. He came in maybe 2 times after we paid him and acted like he was setting up the wall panels, then he basically disappeared. We called, emailed, texted, sent him Facebook messages, tracked down his mother (whose address he uses in his company promotions) She claimed to have not seen him in over 2 years...I don't know if this was true or not because she then rudely hung up the phone. After he disappeared we started calling around and checking on Chris a little more. He claims to be a member of the building industry association and even has a logo stating this on his website, but when we contacted them they did not have any record of him or his company being a member. We are pursuing legal action at this point to get our money back. I highly doubt we will ever see a penny from him, but we will keep trying.
