We are a current LANCASTER BUILT HOMES homeowner. When purchasing a home from a builder, it is generally understood that a basic level of attention to detail and construction standers, be used. We have had an ongoing series of repairs and maintanance repair issues due substandard construction practice, lack of attention to detail and mainanance. These include but are not limited to- Roofing, extensive Guttering, Brick/ mortar work, substancial Bath Tile reset, lot drainage and remains of construction burn piles removed. My advice to a new purchaser, with any builder would be to review any construction you have done, on site and in strict detail.
